At 57, I can still perform at an unbelievably high standard in my art, but here is what I learned from my near-lethal accident of 2017: The more intelligently I structure my recovery phases, the better I perform! The ideal place for me to ‘let go’ - even in January - is Mala Beach just outside Monaco.
