Das siebte Leben
After three previous attempts, together with friends Hans Zlöbl and Max Sparber, Thomas succeeds in opening up a new route, “The Third Life”, on Austria’s highest mountain Grossglockner, 3.798 m. It is now recognised as the hardest climb on this famous peak.
